House Visits
Let us bring a selection to your home so that you can choose in situ. Try before you buy.
How Does it Work?
You can either visit our warehouse to make a shortlist selection, or we can work together digitally to do so. For the latter, simply send over the rough sizes, any design preferences you have and ideally a picture of the space. We will email back a list of recommendations and from there we will select which will be coming to your house/ your client's house, together.
Is there a charge?
Yes, we charge a deposit that must be paid in advance to secure your booking. The deposit fee is deducted from any purchase made. If no purchase is made, it covers our time.

50-100 miles: £220
100-150 miles: £300

Rug Cleaning & Restoration
We always recommend that you have your handmade rug professionally cleaned every 3-5 years to keep the foundations of the rug clean, which will prevent breakages. If you have a rug that is already damaged, you'll be amazed at what can be done to restore it back to it's original beauty. Bespoke Rugs
Sometimes you, or a client, may have a unique vision of how a rug needs to be - in terms of size, design, materials etc. We can help you bring your vision to life with our bespoke rug service. Time varies from 15 days to 10 months, dependent on variables.
Rug Hire
Do you need a rug for a photoshoot, a film set or something else? With our vast selection of rugs you're spoilt for choice. Everything you see online is stocked at the warehouse, so you it is there to be collected within 24 hours if you're under time pressure.
