If you want to avoid your rug moving around or the ends flipping up, it could be an idea to place some underlay between your rug and the floor. This is particularly useful for thin pile rugs (Kilim rugs, Antique Rugs, Overdyed Rugs). It can also add a bit of padding that can help with comfort and noise levels. A few things to note:

- Your underlay may be delivered in more than one piece. You simply place each piece side by side. You can also cut this underlay to your exact size if you don't see the size you need (order a little larger)

- Runner sizes: we will cut the width to the size needed if you are pairing the underlay with a new runner from us. Otherwise, we will set it to a standard width of 80cm. 

- GET IN TOUCH if you would like to have a very specific size of underlay delivered. We will quote you for a bespoke order.

- Underlay cannot be returned for a full refund. However, it can be used on another size of rug, which we can help advise on.
